A Methoite’s introduction to the world of sports typically happens during their Games period in the Primary, eventually growing into a series of opportunities to join and explore their potential in the range of sports offered at school. Methodist College has empowered generations of girls who have benefited immensely from the sports programmes available, enabling them to grow not just in confidence and character, but humility and teamwork too. Through the challenges, fun and fellowship sports bring, the girls thrive in their respective sports, partaking in intra- and inter-school matches and events, with some even representing and securing positions in Methodist College in National Athletic Meets regularly.
